Who We’re Looking For

Experienced, kind and bright consulting leaders with sharp insight, a curious mind, and a strong moral compass.

Experience & Expertise

You know consulting like the back of your hand: practically and strategically. You may have led a consulting firm or have worked with dozens of them in corporate advisory or private equity. You will have a good grasp of the value drivers of professional service firms and ideally will have experienced an M&A or two!

Curiosity & Growth

You will be keen to learn and share. All of us have done this for 20+ years, but we don’t know everything and we’re keen to learn from you. Consulting is changing – content marketing, AI, automation, productisation and PE are terms that weren’t associated with consultancy twenty years ago. They are now. So there’s plenty to learn.

Character & Kindness

You’ll be a good egg. A strong moral compass and kind to your colleagues. We’re honest with each-other and provide constructive criticism, but we respect each-other and our clients.
